Automate the workflow around your finishing machine
The Qube 15, Qube 50, Qube 90, Qube 50D, Qube 90D, and Q-Bot automate the loading and/or unloading of sheet metal parts around the Q-Fin finishing machine. This reduces manual handling, improves utilization of the finishing machine, and creates a consistent flow in the finishing process.
The Qubes use vision technology to recognize and position sheet metal parts. Depending on the model, products are picked up using vacuum or magnetic gripping. With various configurations, payloads, and pallet setups, the handling can be tailored to the product and the desired production flow. Additionally, Qonnect+ enables integration with systems such as ERP systems.
