The Qube 90 is designed for manufacturers that require more power in their automated handling process. Thanks to its Cartesian robot system, even heavier sheet metal parts are moved safely, accurately and repeatably throughout the working area. The real strength of the Qube 90 lies in its Eye-Q vision system. This in-house developed camera system automatically detects the position and shape of parts on the pallet. Eye-Q controls the Qube 90 at high speed, safely picking up every part and positioning it precisely before transferring it to the Q-Fin finishing machine.
The Qube 90 communicates seamlessly with your Q-Fin finishing machine via Q-connect, enabling automatic loading and, depending on the configuration, automatic unloading. Thanks to on-the-fly production, batch mode and pallet changes during operation, your production remains flexible and efficient.
