The Qube 50 is built for manufacturers looking to take automation to the next level without compromising flexibility. Thanks to its Cartesian robot system, the Qube 50 moves accurately and consistently throughout the working area, ensuring safe and repeatable positioning of every part. This makes it the ideal solution for both high-mix production and continuous, high-volume manufacturing.
The real strength of the Qube 50 lies in its Eye-Q vision system. This in-house developed camera system automatically detects the position and orientation of parts on the pallet. Combined with vacuum or magnetic grippers, the Qube 50 picks up every part in a controlled manner and places it precisely in the correct position for a consistent finishing result.
Through Q-connect, the Qube 50 communicates seamlessly with your Q-Fin finishing machine. Parts can be loaded automatically and, depending on the configuration, unloaded as well. Batch mode, on-the-fly production and pallet changes during operation increase throughput, reduce manual handling and give you complete control over quality, capacity and production continuity.
