SER1200 | Super edge rounder finishing machine
The completely newly developed SER1200 Multibrush deburring and finishing machine has 4 operating stations and a total of 17 controllable motors. The HMI touch screen operates very intuitive. The screen allows you to choose different finishing programs easily. This ensures a high reproducibility of product quality and prevents setting errors by the operator. All processing stations are equipped with automatic height adjustment.
The first station consists of a grinding unit. The grinding belt of this aggregate removes burrs from the product surface. The second and third stations consist of the so-called brush unit, equipped with 4 crosswise rotating oscillating disc brushes. This allows you to remove the sharp edges of the product and round off the edges. The fourth station consist of a Multibrush unit. The unit has six round brushes with a maximum grinding surface. This station van apply a non-directional finish on the product and increase the radius to 2+ mm.
The SER1200 Multibrush is also available in the XL version, adding a fifth station to the machine. The fifth station consists of a second grinding unit. This makes it possible to use a finer grinding belt or scotch-brite belt to put a line finish on your product.
