SER1500 | Super edge rounder finishing machine
The first station consists of a grinding unit. The grinding belt of this aggregate removes burrs from the product surface. The second and third stations consist of the so-called brush unit, equipped with 4 crosswise rotating oscillating disc brushes. This allows you to remove the sharp edges of the product and round off the edges. The fourth station consist of a Multibrush unit. The unit has six round brushes with a maximum grinding surface. This station van apply a non-directional finish on the product and increase the radius to 2+ mm.
