Compact robot handling up to 8 or 60 kg
Automate your handling process with the Qube 8 or Qube 60. Thanks to Eye-Q vision, sheet metal parts are automatically recognised, accurately positioned and efficiently processed in combination with your Q-Fin finishing machine. The robot concept remains the same; simply choose the payload that matches your products and production flow.
With the Qube 8 and Qube 60, you automate the loading and/or unloading of sheet metal parts using one compact robot handling solution, available in two payload variants: up to 8 kg or up to 60 kg. Thanks to Eye-Q vision, undefined parts are automatically recognised and accurately positioned, allowing your Q-Fin finishing machine to operate efficiently and repeatably.
The Qube 8 and Qube 60 are designed for manufacturers looking to increase capacity without requiring significant additional floor space. Both models share the same compact robot concept; the only difference is the payload. The Qube 8 is suitable for sheet metal parts up to 8 kg, while the Qube 60 offers additional handling power for parts up to 60 kg.
Thanks to Eye-Q vision, the Qube automatically detects the position, shape and length direction of every part on the pallet. Combined with a vacuum or magnetic gripper, sheet metal parts are picked up safely and accurately positioned on the infeed table of the Q-Fin finishing machine. This ensures the correct orientation for a consistent finishing result and, where required, a directional line finish.
Once the infeed table is ready, the Qube communicates automatically with the Q-Fin finishing machine via Q-connect. Parts are processed efficiently in batch mode or during on-the-fly production. Depending on the configuration, the Qube can also be installed at the outfeed side for automatic unloading. The result is a compact, flexible and reliable handling solution that reduces manual work, eases operator workload and improves production continuity.
