While the Qube 90 already delivers powerful and accurate handling, the Qube 90D adds a complete load-unload flow. This allows products to be automatically loaded, processed and unloaded within one integrated solution.

Thanks to its Cartesian robot system, even heavier sheet metal parts are moved safely, accurately and repeatably throughout the working area. Combined with multiple pallet positions, your production can run autonomously for longer while significantly reducing the physical workload for operators. The real strength of the Qube 90D lies in its Eye-Q vision system. This in-house developed camera system automatically detects the position and shape of parts on the pallet. Eye-Q controls the Qube 90D at high speed, safely picking up every part and positioning it precisely before transferring it to the Q-Fin finishing machine or the correct pallet position.

The Qube 90D communicates seamlessly with your Q-Fin finishing machine via Q-connect, enabling automatic loading and unloading.
