The Qube 50D is the next step for manufacturers looking to further automate their finishing process. While the Qube 50 provides powerful and accurate automatic loading, the Qube 50D adds extra capacity and flexibility by combining loading and unloading in one integrated solution. This allows your production to run autonomously for longer while further reducing manual handling.
Thanks to its Cartesian robot system, the Qube 50D moves accurately and consistently throughout the working area. Combined with multiple pallet positions, it creates an efficient production flow for both high-mix manufacturing and continuous high-volume production. Parts are picked up safely, positioned repeatably and guided through the finishing process with consistent quality.
The real strength of the Qube 50D lies in its Eye-Q vision system. This in-house developed camera system automatically detects the position and orientation of parts on the pallet. Combined with vacuum or magnetic grippers, the Qube 50D picks up every part in a controlled manner and places it precisely in the correct position for reliable and consistent finishing results.
Through Q-connect, the Qube 50D communicates seamlessly with your Q-Fin finishing machine. Batch mode, on-the-fly production and pallet changes during operation increase throughput, reduce dependence on manual handling and provide complete control over quality, capacity and production continuity.
