M1500 – Multibrush Finish Machine
Discover the innovative M1500 finish machine, equipped with an intuitive HMI touchscreen for effortless operation. This touchscreen enables operators to easily switch between various finish programs, ensuring high reproducibility of product quality and minimizing operational errors. Depending on the materials to be finished, choose a system with vacuum or magnetic product fixation.
Burrs and imperfections are removed by a grinding unit at the input side, resulting in a flat, burr-free surface. After grinding, the Multibrush circular brushes ensure that the product is perfectly finished. The six brushes provide a directionless finish and round the edges with a radius of 2+ mm, giving the product a high-quality and durable appearance.
The M1500 offers the possibility for full ERP control and seamless integration into automated production processes— in short, a finish machine that is ready for the future!
