Q-Cell Robot
Discover the Q-Cell Robot by Q-Fin, the ultimate automation solution for efficiently placing undefined products on the input table of the Q-Fin finishing machine. Thanks to advanced 3D vision technology, the Q-Cell’s Robot camera accurately scans and identifies the products, allowing the robot to effortlessly position them on the input table. This robot even offers the possibility of placing products in specific orientations, enabling you to achieve a perfect line finish in the desired direction.
Once the input table is full, the Robot Cell automatically communicates with the Q-Fin finishing machine, resulting in the products being processed by the Q-Fin finishing machine. This leads to seamless batch production of the products. Furthermore, it provides the flexibility to install the Q-Cell Robot on the output side of the Q-Fin finishing machine, allowing for fully automated unloading of undefined products.
