Laser cutting

Laser-cut parts often show fine, sharp burrs or oxide layers. Q-Fin machines remove these in one pass while creating a smooth, defined edge. The result is a clean surface, ready for coating, welding or assembly.

Punching / Blanking

After punching or blanking, parts can have rough edges and small raised burrs around holes. Our systems use adjustable brush pressure and high-speed belts to eliminate them quickly, improving fit and function without damaging the base material.
