To safely and properly extract the metal dust that is formed by deburring and grinding on deburring and grinding machines, Q-Fin offers 2 versions of a water filter extractor. Capacity 3000 m3/h or 6000 m3/h.
The major advantage of a water filter extractor is the fact that the dust is separated from the water by extracting the air-dust mixture with force through the water. The dust is absorbed by the water and sinks to the bottom. Subsequently, the water is separated again from the air, so that clean air comes out of the extractor system. On the bottom of the wet filter extractor the Q-Fin has removable containers. This way it is easier to clean the wet extraction system without having to empty it completely.
These containers save time, and by cleaning them regularly, the service life of the water filter extractor system is considerably extended. Furthermore, Q-Fin produces the wet extraction system completely from stainless steel. There are wet extraction systems of 3kW and 7.5 kW, and all extractions systems are equipped with a silencer.
