The Q-Bot Q250 from Q-Fin is a user-friendly, flexible robot arm designed for gripping and moving small, undefined products. Thanks to the integrated 3D vision camera, also known as Eye-Q, the Q-Bot can detect the length orientation of the products and efficiently pick them up using either vacuum or magnetic clamping.
With a maximum workpiece weight of 10 kg and a handling range from 50 x 50 mm up to 200 x 200 mm, the Q250 is ideal for various applications. The machine is suitable for products with a minimum thickness of 1 mm and a maximum thickness of 12 mm. The Q-Bot is easy to implement and can be combined with the F250 for even greater flexibility in your production line.
