Thanks to the electronically controlled brush compensation, the brushes no longer touch the belt, which extends the conveyor’s lifespan. The automatic height adjustment of the grinding belt ensures that the belt lifts when not in use, preventing unwanted scratches on the product.

One of the most innovative features of the F250 is the ability to calibrate the brushes with the press of a button. This makes the machine not only more user-friendly but also more efficient. Combined with the optional Qonnect+ system, which connects to your company’s ERP system, the F250 offers an unprecedented level of process monitoring and control. The result? Ease of Use and Reliability

With a slightly wider belt width of 250 mm and a maximum product height of 100 mm, this machine offers more possibilities without compromising on the compact design you rely on. The movable underframe and fixed table height provide a more stable system and make integration with handling systems easier. The new, larger 10-inch touchscreen, with a modern HMI layout, has been rotated 90 degrees for greater clarity and more intuitive use.

Additionally, the vacuum system has been optimized to ensure even the smallest products -20 x 20 mm and up- stay firmly in place throughout the process. For the magnetic system, products as small as 10 x 10 mm can be finished. This makes the F250 not only versatile but also highly reliable.
