F200
The small powerhouse for deburring, edge rounding and finishing sheet metal parts from 10 to 200 mm wide.
With this F200 you can execute various finish applications including deburring, grinding, edge breaking, edge rounding, removing the oxide layer or heavy slag and line finishing. A combination of these operations is also possible. The machine is suitable for processing flat sheet metal up to 200 mm wide.

With the F200 from Q-Fin, you can deburr, round off and/or finish small sheet materials in one single pass. Depending on the materials to be finished you select a vacuum or magnetic system. The conveyor belt is adjusted according to your choice of system.
The first station of the F200 consist of a grinding unit. The abrasive belt of this unit removes the burrs and/or incinerations marks from the product surface. If you do not have any burrs you can leave the abrasive belt switched off or remove them. It is also possible to apply a line finish to your product with a finer grinding belt or finish with a scotch-brite belt. The second and third station consist of the brush unit, equipped with 2 cross-rotating oscillating brushes. These allows you to remove the sharp edges of the product by breaking the edges or providing them with a (large) radius. At Q-Fin we are convinced of a narrow machine for small workpieces and a wider machine for large workpieces. In many cases, the throughput speed of this machine is 5 times higher than of comparable machines.
